Eat the Cake and STILL Lose Weight!

It’s time to dispel all of the myths about what you have to give up in order to lose weight.

You do NOT have to:

  • Give up carbs
  • Give up meat
  • Exercise 5 hours a day
  • Drink nothing but smoothies and teas

Restricting and punishing yourself isn’t the answer. It’s just not.

I tried some crazy things in the past for the sake of losing weight. None of them lasted long because I knew there had to be a better way. Not only did I not like what I was doing, I was embarrassed. I didn’t want people to know that I was taking pills or starving myself. Not wanting to tell anyone what I was doing was the sign it was time for change.

It’s amazing what desperation can make you do.

Seeing my post-baby body after having my second son in 2003 was when I remember feeling the most desperate. I wanted the weight OFF and I wanted it to happen right then and there. So I tried to speed it up by trying some of the more popular weight-loss trends at the time. But even they frustrated me because:

  • I didn’t like how they made me feel
  • The “results” weren’t sustainable
  • I knew they weren’t healthy in the long run

You’ve been probably been there:

  • Forcing yourself to follow a diet that you don’t even like
  • Drinking disgusting concoctions
  • Starving yourself
  • Fanatically exercising, just to burn out

These were all just temporary band-aids that eventually threw you right back into the vicious cycle of stopping, gaining weight, and trying a new trend.  It’s time to stop that. Now.

You know you need a lifestyle shift that will be sustainable.  This training will show you how to do that so that you can get the results you want without hating the steps to get there.
