Hey! I'm Krystal Taylor, the heart and soul behind Fitness Is NOT A Game. As a dedicated Health and Fitness Coach, I specialize in helping women, especially those between 45-65, achieve their health goals without overwhelming diets or lengthy workout sessions.

The inspiration for The Fresh Start 5-Day Detox Challenge came from my own journey and the stories of many women I've coached. Post-Thanksgiving, we often find ourselves wanting to reset our bodies and regain our energy, but aren't sure where to start.
