She launched God Ain’t Petty But I Am®️ in August 2020, and the company has seen explosive growth under her leadership. Thanks to her marketing expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, she was able to rent a salon suite in May 2021 and hire 2 employees in October 2021. Since then, her team has moved into a 1,500 sq ft t-shirt shop... now called The Petty Shop.

Through it all, Jen has trusted in God’s timing and never doubted that He’s always looking out for his pettiest soldiers. Meet Krystal Taylor, the powerhouse behind Fitness Is NOT A Game, and your lead for the Petty Pounds Be Gone: 4-Day Challenge. Why "Fitness Is NOT A Game"? It all started with a deck of exercise playing cards, my first real product that turned fitness into fun. This quirky beginning reflected my entire philosophy: exercise should be enjoyable, yet it's a serious part of our lives. I've taken this belief to heart, developing a business that brings joy and health together.

I'm not just about the fun and games; I'm an author of one book and two cookbooks, the brains behind a virtual coaching program, and a virtual fitness program. I also host retreats and offer a range of products and apparel designed to make your fitness journey as enjoyable as possible.

It's my personal mission to help at least 1,000,000 Black and Brown families change the trajectory of their family's medical history. That's why I host frequent free challenges and online trainings to reach as many people as possible.

With 29 years of experience in training in the military, corporate, and educational sectors and having personally trained over 120 women in the last decade, my expertise is vast and heartfelt. It’s a fun, energetic four-day challenge designed by me, Krystal Taylor of Fitness Is NOT A Game, to help you start shedding those pesky extra pounds. Expect manageable workouts, a ton of motivation, and a bit of my signature sass to make fitness enjoyable.

This challenge is perfect for anyone, especially Black and Brown women aged 45-65, looking to kick-start their weight loss journey without the overwhelm. If you’re ready to make a change in a fun, supportive environment, this is for you!

Nope! All exercises are designed to be done at home with minimal or no equipment. Just bring your willingness to move and your water bottle to stay hydrated. BTW, bring your water bottle to all Live discussions. I’m a HUGE believer in drinking water. (My clients call me the Water Bully. 🤷🏽‍♀️)

Each day’s activities are crafted to fit into busy schedules, requiring no more than 30-45 minutes. It’s all about making significant impacts in short, manageable bursts of time.

Absolutely! The challenge is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with modifications available to suit beginners. Plus, you’ll have support every step of the way.
