Welcome to the "Petty Pounds Be Gone: 4-Day Fitness Challenge." If you're cool with a little pettiness in life but not when it comes to weight, you're in the right place.

Krystal Taylor
Owner, Fitness Is NOT A Game

Over the next four days, we're going to mix things up. It's not just about doing a bunch of exercises; it's about adding some fun, effective moves into your everyday life. This whole thing is a fun partnership that brings together the cheeky energy of "God Ain't Petty, But I Am" with my know-how on getting fit. We're here to get you moving, losing those stubborn pounds, pumping up your energy, and having a blast while at it.

You'll get a daily email from me filled with tips you can actually use, some real talk to keep you motivated, and a bunch of laughs to keep things light. Even though we're not gathering in a Facebook group, we'll make sure you feel supported every step of the way with live check-ins from yours truly and the "God Ain't Petty, But I Am" crew. We're talking easy exercises you can squeeze into your busy day, answers to all the questions you've got, and a community vibe without the group.

Ready to ditch those petty pounds with us? This is more than just working out; it's about changing up how you think about fitness and making it a fun part of your day. Let's jump into this fun journey to a happier, healthier you. Are you in? Let's hit it!

Topic: The power of movement in weight loss and reaching your fitness goals.

Why: Have you ever caught yourself thinking you need to hit the gym hard or follow some strict regimen to see results? Let's shift that mindset. It's not always about the most structured workout; sometimes, it's just about moving more. And here's the cool part – every bit of movement counts towards your weight loss and getting you closer to your goals. This isn't about doing the most; it's about doing something. Whether it's dancing in your living room, taking a brisk walk, or stretching during your favorite show, it all adds up. Let's start celebrating the joy of moving and how it can be a game-changer in your fitness journey. Perfect for anyone who's ever sighed at the thought of working out but ended up feeling fantastic after adding a little extra movement into their day.

Topic: Introducing strength-building exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime.

Why: Strength isn't just for bodybuilders, and stamina isn't just for marathon runners. They're for anyone who's tired of feeling winded going up a flight of stairs or struggling to open a tight jar (we've all been there). Building your strength and stamina means turning your body into a calorie-burning powerhouse, making every task a bit easier, and saying goodbye to those midday crashes.

Topic: How short bursts of high-intensity exercise can significantly enhance metabolism and fat loss.

Why: If you're anything like me, you're all about efficiency. HIIT is like the microwave of fitness—quick, effective, and surprisingly satisfying. It's for those of us who want to get the most out of our time, burning fat and boosting our metabolism in short bursts of effort. This isn't about spending hours in the gym; it's about making every minute count so you can get back to the things you love, feeling energized and accomplished.

Topic: Strategies for maintaining momentum in weight loss and fitness journeys.

Why: Starting is one thing, but keeping the ball rolling? That's where the magic happens. On Day 4, we're not just planning workouts; we're crafting a lifestyle. This is for anyone who's ever thought, "I wish I could keep this up." Well, guess what? You absolutely can. We're building a fitness routine that fits into your life, not the other way around. Say hello to a plan that's as flexible and resilient as you are, ready to adapt to your busy schedule, mood swings, and even those days when you're just not feeling it.

By the end of this challenge, not only will you kick-start your journey to shed those petty pounds, but you'll also be equipped with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to keep going. Let's make fitness a part of your story that you're excited to tell.

Key Benefits of Joining the Challenge

Jen Jasper
God Ain’t Petty But I Am®️

Jen Jasper aka The Petty Ambasssador is proof that pettiness is a superpower.

With over a decade of entrepreneurship experience, Jen owns 2 clothing brands, ENjEN DESIGN and God Ain’t Petty But I Am®️.

Jen knew she struck gold when she first uttered the words “God ain’t petty, but I am®️” while leading a young adult bible study session at her church. Her students’ reaction to the phrase told her that it belonged on a shirt and the rest is history.

She launched God Ain’t Petty But I Am®️ in August 2020, and the company has seen explosive growth under her leadership. Thanks to her marketing expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, she was able to rent a salon suite in May 2021 and hire 2 employees in October 2021. Since then, her team has moved into a 1,500 sq ft t-shirt shop... now called The Petty Shop.

Through it all, Jen has trusted in God’s timing and never doubted that He’s always looking out for his pettiest soldiers. Although she’s grown her solo T-shirt business into a 6-employee operation and scaled up to 6 figures in under 2 years, Jen is most proud of the community she’s built with the God Ain’t Petty But I Am®️ brand. An endless source of petty creativity, Jen has been dropping fresh new designs for the Petty Pew every single week since December 2021. She loves that her designs give people a chance to show off their pettiness, make people laugh and spark conversation.

Fitness Is NOT A Game

Meet Krystal Taylor, the powerhouse behind Fitness Is NOT A Game, and your lead for the Petty Pounds Be Gone: 4-Day Challenge. Why "Fitness Is NOT A Game"? It all started with a deck of exercise playing cards, my first real product that turned fitness into fun. This quirky beginning reflected my entire philosophy: exercise should be enjoyable, yet it's a serious part of our lives. I've taken this belief to heart, developing a business that brings joy and health together.

I'm not just about the fun and games; I'm an author of one book and two cookbooks, the brains behind a virtual coaching program, and a virtual fitness program. I also host retreats and offer a range of products and apparel designed to make your fitness journey as enjoyable as possible.

It's my personal mission to help at least 1,000,000 Black and Brown families change the trajectory of their family's medical history. That's why I host frequent free challenges and online trainings to reach as many people as possible.

With 29 years of experience in training in the military, corporate, and educational sectors and having personally trained over 120 women in the last decade, my expertise is vast and heartfelt. Whether you're joining one of my challenges, reading one of my books, or participating in my coaching programs, you're getting all of me and my passion for making a difference. Let's change the game together and make fitness a fun, integral part of your life.
