This challenge is perfect for anyone, especially Black and Brown women aged 45-65, looking to kick-start their weight loss journey without the overwhelm. If you’re ready to make a change in a fun, supportive environment, this is for you!
Nope! All exercises are designed to be done at home with minimal or no equipment. Just bring your willingness to move and your water bottle to stay hydrated. BTW, bring your water bottle to all Live discussions. I’m a HUGE believer in drinking water. (My clients call me the Water Bully. 🤷🏽♀️)
Each day’s activities are crafted to fit into busy schedules, requiring no more than 30-45 minutes. It’s all about making significant impacts in short, manageable bursts of time.

Once you register, you’ll receive daily emails with everything you need – from workout videos to motivational tips. In addition to posting any questions or comments to the Live videos, you’ll have direct access to support via email for any questions or encouragement you need.
