I started personal training with Krystal in July 2016. I chose to do the Accountability package where she provides the meal plans and workouts and works with you 1-on-1 to help you stay accountable to the program. I am now completing my second cycle of the program. Working with Krystal and doing her programs have been great. Even with it being virtual accountability, Krystal makes sure to check in on you and let you know if you need to modify certain foods or when doing your workouts certain weights etc. I can tell a huge difference in how my body has changed over these last few months using her program. I have lost inches and toned up. In addition, I am more conscious of the foods I eat and how to better balance them. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to start a program but may need some help with staying accountable and sticking with it.
