As a Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of people who are on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I don’t believe in fad diets, but instead adopting a healthier lifestyle. The change happens with your mindset first so that’s my focus.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have extra time in my day. That’s why the workouts in my programs are quick. I like to call them my Dirty 30s because 30 minutes is all you need.
As a foodie (I absolutely LOVE to eat), I don’t believe in restriction. It’s all about balance. Plus, who likes to be told what they can and can’t do? I know I don’t. So I won’t do that to you. We’ll work on finding the best way for you to reach your goals but still include the things (foods) you enjoy).
If you don’t believe me, I love avocado but am also a beer enthusiast. LOL
