When I began working with Krystal Taylor my goal was to get toned and like what I saw in the mirror. What I actually got was more than that!! Krystal challenged me to understand the overall benefit of health, taught me some amazing routines, pushed me out of my comfort zone & made working out fun.
Working with Krystal and gaining some of her knowledge allows you to gain clarity on the fact that exercise is so much more than just what you see physically. There is an emotional and mental development as you incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. She starts the program by doing a fitness test as well as understanding your goals & needs. This was so important because it meant that she really listened to me as a client. Krystal helps with the nutritional side of your goals by developing a meal plan specific to your needs. When you fall off track she doesn’t criticize but will remind you of the importance of staying balanced.
Our exercise routines are never boring, they always include understanding the importance of form and Krystal is there to make sure you don’t injure yourself. Now when I go to the gym or exercise at home I actually know what I’m doing. I am so proud of the progress that I was able to make with Krystal. When I first started I couldn’t do a push up to save my life!! Now, I’ve moved from the modified version to doing multiples without fatigue. She was always there to whisper an encouraging word and give you that extra nudge because she knows your strengths.
Sometimes people excuse not working out because they find it to be more of a chore, routine or boring. Our exercises are so much fun and enjoyable because they are unique & creative so you never know what the day will hold. Krystal makes sure to not over-exercise one muscle or push you beyond your limits. I now enjoy implementing what I’ve learned into my lifestyle and make time to ensure that I’m continuing the progress made.
What I love most of all is that Krystal is not all talk. She has sample routines on YouTube to view so that you can work out at home or while on a trip for vacation or work. She has been an example of her own hard work and discipline & is genuinely a good person with a heart of gold. I couldn’t have asked for a better personal coach.
